|
| Following a career with global corporations - Cadbury,
Procter & Gamble, L'Oreal, Levi Strauss and the Estee Lauder Group
- Alan founded Rundle Brownswood in 1988. His vision was "to
build a company that would be underpinned by integrity and credibility.
We would do the right things and we would do things right - business
needs crystallised and understood; assignment briefs concisely written;
candidates approached with care and clarity; promises met; and a meticulous
attention to detail in all we do". He holds an MA in Management
and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the
Royal Society of Arts. |

| Humphrey Sturt |
|
|
An Oxford graduate in Modern History, Humphrey has had a career
spread between insurance, the IT industry with IBM, banking and
management consultancy. He was in personnel and executive and management
development (with IBM), was Vice President for Human Resources at
Bankers Trust UK, and has spent the last 19 years in Executive Search.
Most assignments have been to find Chief Executive or other Board
members in a variety of industries including Local Government and
academia. Since 1996 he has worked with Rundle Brownswood, most
recently finding non-executive directors for a large Building Society. |

| Sue Harvey |
|
| On graduating from Oxford University with a degree
in Chemistry, Sue joined the consumer brands division of GlaxoSmithKline.
Here she spent several years developing her FMCG marketing skills,
managing brands such as Macleans Oral Care. She then gained experience
in International and Corporate marketing whilst working with Yardley
of London. Sue has been working with Rundle Brownswood since 2000, managing assignments across a wide range of disciplines including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Communications, Consumer Insight, Packaging Development, Analytics, HR and General Management. |

| Nicky Rylance |
|
|
Nicky Rylance has twelve years' experience developing and managing
public private partnerships in the fields of regeneration, education,
cultural planning, tourism, retail development and housing. Previous
positions include six years as a Barrister's Clerk at All Saints
Chambers as well as senior managerial experience within the contract
catering industry. More recently she was Director of Marketing and
Communications and Public Affairs for Bristol's bid to be European
Capital of Culture, which resulted in the city being awarded Centre
of Culture status. With experience of working with senior personnel
and business leaders in the public sector, she is a Director of
Business West, a member of the Council of Management of Arnolfini,
and a Governor of the University of the West of England. She has
an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University
of Bath, is a graduate of Common Purpose and joined Rundle Brownswood
in 2004. |

| Chris Barnes |
|
| Chris graduated from LSE and spent 33 years in the
Civil Service, becoming HR & Corporate affairs Director of a large
government department before taking early retirement. Since then,
he has chaired both a Health Authority and Assured Food Standards,
the company which runs the Red Tractor food assurance mark. Chris
has been with Rundle Brownswood since 2002 and leads on public sector
and food industry executive search. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society
of Arts and of the Institute of Horticulture. |

| Chris Gooderidge |
|
|
Chris Gooderidge trained as a solicitor in London and spent a number
of years with leading firms of solicitors there. He then formed
and ran for many years the Litigation Department of a major firm
in the Thames Valley being instrumental in converting this to the
Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department which is now
a market leader in the UK. He also focused on the marketing of the
department both in this country and abroad. Chris represented the
firm at conferences both in Europe and in the USA. He is an Associate
of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the International
Bar Association. Chris joined Rundle Brownswood in 2004. |

| Anthony Bainbridge |
|
Anthony Bainbridge is an engineer who has learned how to turn his mistakes to his advantage. With a Cambridge PhD behind him he gained 23 years experience in the aerospace sector, initially with MoD and DTI, later with British Aerospace as business manager in electronic navigation systems. Since the early 90s he has been a business consultant specialising in technology development and management policy in engineering companies. He is active on behalf of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, as guide and adviser to engineers seeking professional registration. As a volunteer business mentor he coaches executives in growing companies on the activities and priorities for success. He is Visiting Fellow with the University of Bath School of Management, and board member and trustee for Mathematics in Engineering and Industry (MEI). He is Diptera Recorder for Wiltshire, and when time allows he drinks good wine and rings bells, but not at the same time.

| Christopher London |
|
Christopher joined Rundle Brownswood in August 2006. He came with 8 years experience in consultancy with BT Syntegra where he developed and sold large scale systems integration propositions to the global Banking and Broking community. Christopher has also worked for one the world’s largest software companies, Misys, heading up the UK sales of fund management software solutions into the Private Client and Institutional Investment Management community. Prior to Graduating from Sheffield University with an Honours Degree in Computer Studies, Christopher had 3 years as an analyst within a telecommunications company. Christopher moved into Executive Search in 2001 and before joining Rundle Brownswood was Principal Consultant within the Technology division at the retained search practice of the Hudson Highland Group, and prior to that founded his own niche executive search business.

| Richard Braybrooke |
|
A graduate in Business Studies, Richard has 30 years’ business experience in manufacturing, retail and financial services. Before becoming an executive search consultant in central London, he was Director of HR for Noble Lowndes and Partners, an international pension and employee benefits firm. More recently, he has been a Senior Consultant and Regional Manager with DBM, the international career management consultancy. Richard is a qualified practitioner in psychometric assessment including 16PF and Myers Briggs. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, he is currently CIPD Membership Advisor and recent Chair of the Branch Committee for the West of England. |
